Wonder Lake Neighbors Food Pantry has been serving the community for over 10 years. The food pantry is located in the lower level of Nativity Lutheran Church. The hours of operation are Wednesdays 10 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. For any questions regarding the food pantry please call Kim Halper, Food Pantry Manager at 815-653-3803. You can come once a month for a full cart (that includes meat) and you can also shop weekly in our outside pantry.
Wonder Lake Neighbors Food Pantry
WLNFP relies solely upon donations from the community, 90% -95% of all donations go directly to the Northern Illinois Food Bank to purchase food at a discount for the pantry.
We also rely solely on volunteers to help us during our office hours. This includes helping people shop for food, loading carts helping others to their cars. We also need people to stock the shelves and be able to come in when we have bulk deliveries.
